Accepted/Completed Panorama update breaks the servers

Using -panorama with the new update and server wont do anything. 1 person loads in no gun and another can onlyo spectate. unsure if true without boot option.

Sourcemod is getting a few updates which will solve the issue, please be patient! I expect the major issues to be fixed within an hour.
