Both !tierhelp and !help2 are no longer working commands since the HTML MOTD was removed in the Panorama update. There is an issue about it already on the KZ bitbucket, but I don't think it's fixable other than removing the command entirely.

Hit the nail on the head! MOTD no longer exists, so anything that utilized the in-game web browser should just be removed since there is no viable replacement.
