Accepted/Completed Headshot only round bugged out

This bug is something very specific, and only on the 1v1 servers. However, when you have a hand grenade round or flashbang round, and headshot only is enabled in that round, it is impossible to kill your opponent and vice versa. Even if you and your opponent intentionally aim at the head with either the HE Grenade or Flashbang, it WILL not kill no matter what.

Also forgot to mention that I meant decoy rounds and not flashbangs.
