There are several times a day where there are 30+ people on with people talking over each other, mic spamming, saying every racial slur in the book and being all around toxic. I have no idea how many staff members there are but i rarely see any on and the lack of their presence is showing. I was a community manager 2-3 years ago and what I did was create a bit of schedule for staff to keep at least 1 person on as much as we could with who we had, and hire people that could fill the gaps. Maybe you guys could try something similar? Just a suggestion

Any public server that has over 20 people in it, will ALWAYS have players trying to talk over each other, you can't avoid that, nor can you police that.

Hire? As a community we struggle to just cover our costs every month, paying players to admin isn't an option. As far as a schedule goes, we aren't going to force admins to be on at specific times of the day. Everyone has life responsibilities and other things they are doing, so players that volunteer their time to administrate cannot be on 24/7. We could have 50 admins and I promise you that there will still be lengthy gaps of time where there is no admin on the server.

Admins are on quite frequently whether you see them or not, and if there is an issue that absolutely requires administrative intervention, utilizing the calladmin feature is an option, and a large portion of time an admin responds within a timely fashion. VIP's can also issue vote mutes if need be, and worst case scenario, you could always use the scoreboard to mute a player, or use self mute.

Hire people?
Schedual people?
We are not a Costco it’s a surf server.

Our admins do a very good job at showing a presence in the servers, like sneak said we are there you just don’t see us.

Not to mention we just “hired like 3 or 4 new admins. Fayse is on surf for majority of the day.

Like sneak said again we have call admin feature we also have a neat voice enable 0 feature and let’s not forget the good ole !sm feature.

To be completely honest the “I used to be a community manager” line is bogus and far from believable because if you were you would know that what your asking is impossible.

People come on our servers not because we have the best maps but because they love our community. By muting anyone and everyone who talks a little loud or talks over people we would be destroying our community and our servers.

I'll go ahead and move this out since it's been over a week since OP has posted this, or visited. The concerns seem well addressed.
