Accepted/Completed RNGFix plugin needed

New plugin from Rio over at horizon servers has made this awesome new plugin. Check it out yourself. Would help tremendously.

I've been actually working all last night after stream and all day on getting this to work for us. Currently it requires a version of sourcemod that was actually a bit beyond what some of our current requirements can handle, however about 20 mins ago I successfully updated one of these dependencies to be compatible with the latest sourcemod, so you'll see this rolling out to the surf & bhop servers tonight/tomorrow.

Now testing on Top 100/VIP server, if everything goes well this will be pushed to all live servers starting tomorrow afternoon. This will require a short period of downtime and to be done manually, so the update & rng fix addition will be completed at times of little/no server population as to not disrupt normal player flow.
