Collection of updates from the past week:
- surf_elysium2 s2 is now a drop zone, stage times from any height is now able to be completed
- Re-zoned surf_sentient, normalized all teleport angles. End zone has been expanded to the stairs, new WR possible
- Fixed filter not properly resetting on surf_fast s4, reset all times under 38s
- Added surf_classics3 (T2 Staged)
- Updated surf timer to support significantly more stages/checkpoints & bonuses
- Updated discord bhop record announcer to be all beautiful-like
- Added tiers to all bhop maps, if there are any missing or incorrect feel free to make a post here
- Improved admin tools
