I've had the bomb spawn in checkers on Cache before, not sure what the cause is and it usually results in a loss for the CT's

ive sent something like this to sneak before it happens on train too. its very rare but it happens

hvae had it happen on every map so far except for cobble but that could be because we never play cobble

just had a spawn in mid on inferno

I've made adjustments to several affected maps and you should be seeing this less. It seems to be a bug with the auto planter, but as rare as it is and how I've been able to mitigate it, this is pretty low priority (if not entirely solved).
