Accepted/Completed BOUNTY - KZ Maplist With Tiers

Let's get map tiers listed on the nominate & map vote list in the KZ servers! This is not a difficult task, just time consuming.

I will provide our full map list (403 maps), which looks like this:

kz_autobadges
kz_avoria
kz_aztec
...etc

The map list will need to be in keyvalues (best edited with Notepad++) in the following format:
