No Change/Rejected Disconnect issue

Everyone is getting this error when trying to connect to 1v1 arena lobby #1

I've already said something and from what it seems it might be an issue with steam it's self

Steam itself has been having issues on and off today so it seems, players are not getting authorized by Valve's servers. Looks like they have resolved the issue now though.
