No Change/Rejected Enable KZ rank prefixes in chat

title says it all, not even Admin prefixes show up when typing in chat.

This is because KZTimer's chat processing has been intentionally disabled. The only thing it contributes is chat ranks - it hinders chat logging, filtering, colors, store tags, and more. There are no plans to re-enable it, as it causes numerous downsides, for only one small feature that can be easily checked via the scoreboard.
