If i needed too but I don't think I need to do that for this position?

Weekdays 7:00pm till like 11:00pm but i don't really have a routine, I'm very flexible.

Hopefully some good ideas so we can have some fun events!

It's up to the admin team to decide on these kinds of positions, but from my perspective if you want to be the one organizing and hosting events for a server, your application should reflect the same kind of thoroughness and finish that you would apply to the events that you would be creating. Answering questions with single words, starting sentences with lowercase letters, not using hardly any punctuation, and maintaining what looks to me like general apathy towards this position might not be the kind of vibe you want to give off as a first impression. Either way, I wish you luck.
