No Change/Rejected "Failed to save your data correctly! Please contact an admin."

Hey there, I was on the easy surf server on surf_duggywuggy and received this message after completing the map "Failed to save your data correctly! Please contact an admin." It also shows me as 99999 rank on that map. Wasn't sure how to go about contacting that admin so hopefully this does the trick.

I'm not able to look at server logs at the moment, but have you tried reconnecting?

It was only for that map, everything was working fine afterwards on the next maps. It happened ~10 minutes or so before I registered and posted here. i'm not that concerned as it doesn't impact my play at all
