No Change/Rejected Files unable to download from server

When connecting to the 1v1 server i can't download the missing .bsp map file from your server. I tried manually hitting the url in my browser (http://fastdl.snksrv.com/maps/am_snowfall_v2.bsp) but this also fails. I'm assuming this is server side!

That shouldn't be the initial URL provided in console, all maps on that server are all compressed for download. Only when the zipped download does not complete, the failover is to check for uncompressed map file. The correct url would be http://fastdl.snksrv.com/maps/am_snowfall_v2.bsp.bz2

so it actually tries downloading the bz2 file as well, i just copied the second link shown in console. will try to verify, otherwise im not sure whats going on - i have no av and csgo/steam are already allowed through firewall

Try disabling firewall/av entirely, one at a time. Sometimes you think you have it allowed, but it needs more permissions to download files. One of the 2 ends up being the culprit from what I've gathered from others.
