Formal request to re-open the ban appeal section. I know it got made private because of trolly comments and weeb fucks, but it does serve a good purpose when it is open for people who were involved to insert their view of the situation. I know personally an open ban section has allowed some of nyg to be unbanned from horizon (most notably shexy) as well as other surfers who were mistakenly banned and unbanned when others involved brought forward their evidence. It could also be a good way to get your admins involved with moderation on the website and not just the servers (looks good on uni applications) and is also a good read when you have nothing else to do.

Not happening, we already tried it and it failed miserably. You can still view resolved ban appeals in the Completed subsection.

That's correct. Ban appeals are not open for public comment, they are between the appellee and the admin team. That person is solely responsible to provide sufficient evidence proving why their ban should be lowered/removed, not to be brigaded by a plethora of shitposts by 'friends' of said person.

We maintain transparency by moving every resolved ban appeal to the Completed section.
