No Change/Rejected Is there a known fix for the Texture error caused by sunglasses?

After reinstalling CSGO I have an issue. Where if another player is wearing sunglasses its shows as a giant cube with the word error covering it.

from what I have seen it's caused by the 3d glasses not being able to be downloaded at times by the player try turning off the faceit anti-cheat esea or any firewalls preventing you from downloading anything steps needed to fix your issue can be found here
