Looks like it was degloballed, largely rejected due to several forced perfs and more: http://www.kz-climb.com/index.php?threads/kz_blockhardy.1164/

I'm not saying no, but take this into consideration. We have non-global maps that people enjoy playing, but it looks like this would not be a fun map to play, being so difficult and uncompetitive. Definitely looking for more input from the regulars before any decisions are made

From the description, looks like it is kz_blockhardy with all of the RNG removed. If y'all want to take a look at it and approve, I'd be happy to add it to the servers.
