need help connecting

I used to play on the sneak servers alot but recently I have been having this problem(see video). It only happens on sneak servers.


Deleting all map files and files related to maps, then verifying integrity of game files has not worked for me and I'm not sure what else to try. Does anyone know how to fix this.

I know you mentioned already deleting files/verifying the game, but could you try following the steps directly from here: https://www.snksrv.com/threads/cs-go-custom-content-download-fix.1838/

That has a few other suggestions you didn't mention, so try going through those and see if that works.

If you ran through all of those and it still doesn't work, if you manually download the missing map and place it into your maps folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\maps for example), does that work?
