Accepted/Completed NEED no spread plugin for bhop

For some interactable maps where you need to shoot to jump, the spread of the glock/usp can easily mess up a run. So I think there should be a nospread plugin so that bhoping on such maps are more consistent.

Actually, you may be able to do this with a simple command: sv_usercmd_custom_random_seed 0

but I'm not 100% sure

Close, the cvar actually weapon_accuracy_nospread

I didn't even think of this needing to be a thing, but I remember several maps now that require you to shoot the boosters on the sides or bottom, this should be all set now!
