No Change/Rejected Prehopping on stage recs

IF theres a bhop in a stage and you fail you have to go back to very beginning and back to stage to get that [SNK.SRV] Prehopping is not allowed on stage records. to go away

I just tested and this is not a problem... the message only appears if you bhop inside the stage zone.

i was literally bhopping like 15 second into stages and then i would still get message

freedom stage with tube hop/most of rands stages
Im pretty sure it has to do with starting with speed in start zone but i could be wrong

Yeah, rands stage records have a max speed since we don't allow 'fly through' stage records with maxvel. Set the stage you wish to start and you'll have the most possible speed.

Freedom s3 has this issue because the way the stage starts, you are never standing still, I'll fix this sometime.
