Server Update - 1/12/17

• Added Call Admin feature to all servers. If there are no admins online and there is someone who is critically breaking rules and majorly disrupting the server (I'm saying an URGENT need for an admin), then feel free to use the !calladmin feature. For the time being it alerts admins through Discord, in the future we will be adding more ways to alert admins. Abuse of this system will result in a minimum of a 1-2 week ban. If you're not sure if you should use it or not, you probably shouldn't be.

I've been spending a lot of time with the WRCP improvement for the surf timer, and have fixed all bugs so far, except one major one that causes server crashes. It's got me stumped, but I'll update when I have more info! Thank you Mr. Dragon for also pointing out an exploit in the stage records that will get patched before public release.
