Server Update - 1/9/18

• Changes to surf_aircontrol_ksf:
  • Added lasers to bonus
  • Initial map spawn/reset position has been moved to the ground and offset to the faster (left) side
• Added surf_commune_beta11 (T3 Staged)
• Optimized a few server-side plugins for better performance
• Removed hub on surf_christmas2, stages now have a specific order. All map & stage times wiped, bonus times remain.
• surf_cyka is now surf_cyka_ksf, some ramps have been fixed, and bonuses added
• Changes to surf_love:
  • Re-zoned
  • Normalized teleport angles
  • Increased boost on stage 6 start (no longer requires double boosting)
  • Various map optimizations
• Temporarily removed reserved slots on KZ while I investigate an improper number of slots being designated reserved
