Server Update - 11/23/16

• Fixed a surf timer exploit regarding the pause function
• Fixed challenges not spawning players correctly inside the start zone, will be re-enabling them once tested & confirmed working
• Challenges re-enabled for everyone
• When typing !credits, store no longer displays number of credits to everyone on the server, only the client who requested it

Originally it was a code mismatch to display to all, but I never really got around to fixing it until now since it wasn't a big issue. People started spamming it a couple nights ago so I finally fixed it.
