Server Update - 11/27/17

• Added the long-awaited Retakes server! I finally buckled down and got it setup and fully tested, with all the latest and greatest features. Some to mention that are unique to the server:
  • Custom weapon allocator
  • Additional spawns & plant locations
  • Auto-planter
    
  • Additional site announcements
  • and our usual weapon skins/knife/gloves, anticheat and more!

• Added surf_sh (T3 Staged)
• Fixed surf_stagejuan_ksf download from needing to be completed twice
• Fixed replay bot not spawning in on surf_atrium (Thanks Hanzo)
• Re-zoned, normalized teleport angles of surf_static, extended bonus end to the bottom of the stairs (thanks Josh)
