Server Update - 12/11/16

• Fixed an issue where in very specific cases players would get only 1 warning instead of 2 before a ban from the chat filter
• Fixed an issue where certain users were able to bypass the anti mic spam filter
• Website: If in a non-forum page (ex. Server Rules, or Donate), the proper tab is now selected
• Added am_alley_v1 to 1v1 Arenas server
• Added AWP - No Pistol round to 1v1 Arenas server. Standard AWP + pistol round still exists as well.
