Server Update - 12/29/19

Happy Holidays all! Here is a quick roundup of updates that have happened over the past few weeks through today:

• All timer servers now return to the last map that was on after a update/crash/restart rather than a static default map.
• Added surf_epiphany (T5 Staged)
• Added average map time to web surf stats page
• Updated the following KZ maps to their new global versions:
  • bkz_apricity_v2
  • bkz_nocturns_blue
  • kz_akrh_warehouse_v2
  • kz_catalyst
  • kz_illusion
  • kz_lost_marketplace
  • xc_supermario_go
• Added missing KZ map images for discord record announcer (thanks Ocelot!)
• Added bhop_legoverse (Tier 3)
• Temporarily disabled the bonus ELO gained on Retakes from killing a higher ranked player while a more mild algorithm is procured

Expect some more content related updates early January, I've had quite a bit on the burner the past couple months that will be coming to fruition soon.
