Server Update - 12/9/16

• Fixed some forum admin permissions
• Fixed some server admin permissions
• Fixed an issue where commands written in capitals weren't being recognized properly (ex. !R didn't work, only !r did)
• Fixed an issue where a censored word in chat would result in a user sending a blank message, entire message is suppressed now
• Updated racism filter fairly significantly, additional word combinations added, additional punishments added as well
• Fixed surf_twilight start zone (now at the top) and rerouted fail teleporters accordingly
• Adjusted surf_loentra end zone, added checkpoints
• Players no longer download map .nav files (.nav file is not required for clients, saves an extra file to download)

New maps coming tomorrow!
