Server Update - 2/25/17

• Fixed an issue where practice timer wouldn't show properly (surf)
• Fixed a small repeating issue (surf)

Our Rust server is now live for public testing! Hop on in, we're in early development but everything is pretty darn stable and mostly ready to go at the moment. Server IP: 162.248.92.14:28015
