• Lowered initial spawns for Stage 1 & Bonus 1 on surf_elysium2, made stage 4 a drop zone
• Moved spawn forward on surf_mesa_fixed and surf_mesa_revo_go
• Changes to surf_ambient_njv:
  • Lowered tube teleport trigger
  • Prevented getting stuck in spawn clips
• Changes to surf_rstar:
  • Moved restart position forward
  • Normalized teleport angles
• Added bonus 2 to surf_psycho_njv
• Changes to surf_velocity_nsf:
  • Normalized teleport angles
  • Removed S4 telehop and wiped times that used it
• Re-worked surf boring:
  • Zone on stage 7 has been tweaked
  • Fixed "anti-grav" on stage 7
  • You can no longer jump from the start to the ends of stages 9 and 10, stage times and map times that used it have been wiped
• surf_illumination bonuses 2-6 are playable again
• Normalized teleport angles on surf_quattro-
• Paint can now be used in spectator
• Fixed timezone/daylight savings display issue on surf stats portal
