Server Update - 4/14/17

CS:GO

• Re-zoned surf_boring, removed several exploited stage times due to initial poor zoning. Also normalized teleport angles, and removed some possible RNG stuff.
• Re-zoned surf_atrium, several stages previously were unable to have records
• Fixed surf_crzyfrog_reloaded (hopefully for the last time), removed superboosted stage 1 times (again)
• Re-zoned surf_quattro-
• Re-zoned start zones of several more maps
• Added bonus to surf_goldarn
• Added a new system for smoother daily restarts - Instead of an abrupt server disconnect, there will be 10, 5, 2, and 1 minute warnings prior to the daily restart (times remain at 4am EST/7am PST), and players will automatically reconnect while the restart is happening.
• Updated chat filter
• Banned and pruned 1v1 Arenas top 50 of known cheaters
• Re-zoned surf_cubic entirely
• Re-zoned surf_sc_essence_v2_njv, normalized teleport angles

Misc

• Various security enhancements around the website

I'm scheduling some database server maintenance & upgrades for Monday 4/17 around 1am or 9am EST (not sure which yet), so expect some short downtime. This will put us up to latest security standards and speed up operations.
