Server Update - 5/14/17

• Added bonuses to surf_faint_fix
• Adjusted start zone on surf_rookie
• Adjusted end zone of surf_borderlands
• Performance tweak to surf_classics2
• Replay bots now appear on the top of the scoreboard:
  
  
• When bots are being replayed, it now shows the type of replay (map, bonus, stage):
  
  
  
  
  
• Fixed bug by the above update that caused the bot to get booted
• Removed surf_forgotten_fix from rotation, it's still causing crashes and is a massive crouchboost/exploit fest
