- Clipping expanded to prevent skip on stage 2

- Spawn is now on the roof of the start structure to allow players to pick which side they want to surf on
- Arrows moved to make the proper route obvious to new players
- Map optimizations and extra junk removed
- End zone now on entire end platform, and not roof of structure
- Re-zoned surf_kitsune2_GO
