Server Update - 8/2/18

KZ Servers

• Added tiers to the mapchooser when nominating or voting for a map on all KZ servers (thank you Sikari and Ballistic Bacon)
• Slightly lowered top 3 rank points requirement for KZTimer servers
• Added helpful chat hints for !menu/!profile/!stopsound
• Fixed !rules sometimes not working

Surf Servers

• Removed several superboosted/lagged times
• Re-zoned, normalized teleport angles on surf_illumination2
• Lowered spawn on surf_reflex_go

All Servers

• Updated weapon skins plugin to include all new skins (up at the top), new knives coming soon
