• Fixed several plugins which broke from the latest CS:GO update
  
• Incomplete ban appeals can now only be viewed and replied to by administrators and the appeal creator, to combat shitposting. Completed ban appeals can be viewed by all in a subforum.
• KZTimer updated to work with Valve's updates to CS:GO in relation to prestrafing & other weapons other than knives (Global records re-enabled) - Updated yet again for another quick hotfix
• Fixed small regression in bans system which would result in some weird errors
• A couple fixes to surf_water-run_banjo_skill:
  • Ramp on bonus no longer spins
  • Stage 1 > 2 teleporter now teleports you to the center of stage 2 platform
• Fixed surf_sinsane2_a7 on Top 50/VIP
• Removed lagged S2 time on surf_how2surf
