Server Update - 8/5/18

• Updated Retakes ranking plugin to count new valve knives
• Added new knives to the ws/knife menu on all servers
• surf_lessons b3 start zone is now a drop zone

Edit: Apologies for the server crashes, I made a mistake with the above update that wasn't caught until it was put on public servers, that regression has been fixed!
