Server Update - 9/11/18

We're almost halfway through the month but only about 20% of the way for donations to cover our costs for this month! Consider donating

• All weapons now have nospread on bhop server (for boosters that require interaction while moving)
• Fixed start zone on bhop_whoevenbhops_final_csgo
• surf_monochrome stage 3 is now a drop zone
• Changes to surf_calibration:
  • Re-zoned (minor start/end tweaks)
  • Added bonus (map, but backwards)
  • Normalized teleport angles
• Added Top 500 players list to the surf stats page
• Updated the KZ Stats page - several fixes, a couple new features and styling changes
