Source Leak

With the leak of the source engine, I know I am wondering, and probably many others, will sneak's stay operational as players are told to stay away from TF2 and CS:GO?

There is a lot of fear mongering going on with people faking getting hacked. The reality is that the source code is 3 years old and the csgo codebase has been changed a lot over 3 years. Valve is definitely aware of the situation and there isn't anything to really be worried about right now.
