I've got suggestion for you. Maybe you can do more ranks like forum moderator, graphic or redactor and new sections for applications for this ranks. Sorry for my English, but I'm from Poland and I'm still learning this language.

As far as moderators go, our Admins monitor the forum, and there is not enough activity to warrant a separate role.

Graphic or redactor, not sure what you mean by that

I mean graphic can make graphics for forum, players etc. and redactor can write about for example csgo news or do interviews with other players or admins.

What kind of graphics would you be motivated to make?
