Accepted/Completed surf_hat stage 8

This map is cancer to surf all around, but stage 8 takes the prize for "most cancer". Its got 3 ramps in the whole stage with two that have boosters. But it also has a surprise. 2 moving bars that are in your way on every decent run you have of the map. They seem to only move up and down consistently, however some quantum mechanic bullshittery happens so that right when you finally get a good run on this horrible map, stage 8 moving bars cuck you. They KNOW when to be in your way. I beg of you mr sneak, please just make them stop moving. I nearly punched a hole in my wall because of these little shits.

Aside from the map needing a massive revamp beyond what I can fix on my end, I'd agree that the extra aids of RNG is no fun. Fixed!
