No Change/Rejected Why can't I see my profile?

When I type !profile in game, player profile name list appears, and I can see everybody else's profile but not my own. Is this a bug? Any help or suggestions highly appreciated.

Try removing the symbols from your name, sometimes that causes things to act up.
