I've heard through the grapevine that you're always on the lookout for ways to help incentivize people to become donors because that's how these servers are funded primarily. My idea: allow donors to re-sell !shop items at full value of what they paid. For example, say a glow cost you 1000 credits, right now you can sell it for only 650 credits. My idea is for donors to be able to sell back at 1000. Thoughts?

Unfortunately as it stands, the resell percentage is globally applied to everyone. I do like the premise of this idea (a higher resell rate for VIP's), but I think 100% could be easiliy abused and negate the entire point of earning/spending credits, when you can just transfer them around to items you want at the time.

A higher resell rate isn't a bad idea either. I may not be thinking about this correctly, but what's wrong with that? You're not allowing credit gain, only even trades. If you want to sell everything you have to buy a 10,000 credit name tag, then why not? You'll lose everything else that you would have to sell to get to that meaning that you would have to earn more credits to buy those things back, or trade the thing you just got for your old stuff.

Say for example someone wants to use Tag A, which costs 5000. They decide they're a bit bored of it and want to use Tag B (also 5000). They can then sell Tag A, and switch to Tag B. They then decide they want to constantly switch between the 2 (without purchasing both), by just selling/buying over and over. That doesn't seem ideal, as there's no incentive to actually earn credits since you can just constantly re-use at no cost.

Fair enough. My original point being exactly what you're advocating against though. Having the ability to change what you have purchased would be the perk itself. I'm not saying that that's the best idea, I'm just explaining my first thought process. What do you think would be a good compromise between the current rate and a donor rate? I haven't checked any other buy/sell rates other than the 1000 to 650 myself, so I'm assuming it's 65% sell price? If that's true I feel like it would need to be 85%+ to make this a viable marketable perk. Nobody would become a donor for an extra 5%, ya feel?

There is another option!

We do have the option to make ALL store items free for donors, while they actively have VIP. once their VIP runs out, they will no longer have free access and will have to purchase the items they want. Thoughts?
