No Change/Rejected retake modes? idk what to call it

I see it a lot where everyone on the server groups up and all agree to use one gun or only do a certain thing. Im not sure if its possible or worth doing but maybe make a vote thing to make it where people are made to use that gun or what not. The amount of times i'v seen whole lobbies using just scouts or deags for like 3 maps and someone joins and uses a different gun and everyone gets mad and salty and go after that person is unreal. Maybe make it a Vip vote thing. Just an idea.
