Server Update - 1/30/17

• Removed scoutzknivez from CS:CO server, many custom maps cause issues with CS:CO for some reason, go figure. I'll try to get in another working version soon, if the mod will cooperate.
• Properly re-zoned bhop_fury_rg2, wiped times
• Added new 1v1 Arenas maps from the mapping contest:
  • am_cinemagraph_1v1
  • am_heaven_gardens
  • am_hellfire
• Various surf timer fixes
• Several zoning fixes (notably surf_fruits, surf_plaguelands)
