Operation Hydra Released!
- Updated & fixed all servers after new update broke'd everything as usual
- Added 5th bonus to surf_stagejuan_ksf
- Added bonus to surf_construction
- Updated VIP plugin to fix a small error
- Fixed an issue where ads would sometimes play more often than intended
- Re-zoned surf_escape_final & a couple small fixes, removed a couple superboosted times
