• Fixed an issue where duplicate account bans would be an exponential amount of time
• Surf timer - added restart cooldown identical to stage restart cooldown
• Fixed toggle weapon sounds plugin across all servers (broke after last update)
• Updated Sourcemod across all servers
• Updated ad plugin
• Updated VIP plugin, loading VIP's flags should be faster which solves a few underlying issues
• Fixed outdated chat filter on Bhop server
