Server Update - 8/28/17

• Fixed the possibility of getting stuck on Stage 5 of surf_exocube_h
• Removed all buttons on surf_exocube_* variants
• Added missing map tier of surf_eunoia on Top 50/VIP
• Re-added player time tracking to Top 50/VIP
• Now tracking dates & times of players last bonus & map PR's (surf). The ability to view the date & time of your last PR will come in a future timer update.
• Changes to surf_neoplasma:
  • Re-zoned
  • Added 2 bonuses
  • Normalized teleport angles
• Re-zoned surf_extrodinaire_3 (very minor tweaks)
• Re-zoned surf_christmas_fix
• Added surf_resource (T4 Staged)
• All players now get a helmet along with armor (surf), Valve had changed the way it was given in a recent update
