If I'm going to be honest, I only have about 400 hours on csgo, and just started long jump / Kz servers a week ago. I want to apply for a admin position because, I genuinely like the game/servers and I would be able to be on them almost every day. Thank you for your time.

imo just being active or a regular isn't really a good reason to be a mod. There's tons of people I know who are daily or weekly regulars across the servers who would be awful moderators. I'm not saying you're in that group, but just being present is kind of a meh reason. If you want to support the server because you like the features and you like the community, maybe consider donating and becoming VIP. All of the money goes into keeping the servers up and running and you get some basic privileges like calling a vote mute or vote extend
