No Change/Rejected Top 100

I recently got top 100 on surf_commune_beta11, and I went to join the 100 server and it didn't let me in is there a certain amount of time I have to wait in order to join?

Top 100 server is for VIPs and rank 100 or better players overall. Not rank 100 or better on any map, but overall.
