Approx. how many hours a week do you usually play on our servers: I’m on easy and beginner surf every day for a good 4-7+ hours a day.

How many hours are you able to commit to the position:
Honestly, I literally do nothing while I’m at home other than play csgo and surf, I wake up at 5am every morning (lol) and sleep at like 12-2am AEST (Australian time). I am on every day of the week, so I am able to give 30-40+ hours a week to the server.
What do you believe your role as an administrator includes? What kind of responsibilities?
I am a very helpful person and I love to help anyone on the server if they’re ever in need of tips or to be shown how to do a stage or teach any commands. I believe that making the community a positive happy friendly welcoming place is number 1 priority as well as pleasing everyone with the best ability you can apply to the server. If someone has !calladmin and I’m online or awake then I would go check out the scene, see what’s happening and see if anything need to be done; and of course at the end of the day just chat and chill and talk to everyone, get along and have a cruisey night/day with the members. If I’m accepted as staff ill only try to take that to the next step to help everyone I can even more.
Why do you want to become an administrator?
I think I deserve to be taken on because I truly love the server, it’s amazing and I’m on it every day. I am willing to pour as much of my free time as possible into it, putting effort into making sure that playing on Snk servers is an amazing and enjoyable experience for everyone. As a lot of people know I have started to live on the server and practically be a no lifer and even when I’m not on I can be available to hop on whenever. I also have experience in running as a higher up staff leader. I was a head admin on a server called “Dominant Slayer” surf, so I’d like to think that I know the standards that the staff is held to. Its super easy to get carried away with new powers but with my experience and my knowledge and talking to other staff and my activity on the server has impacted enough to know the proper ways to act around any situation and how staff should be expected to behave. I’m pretty sure that I have a full understanding of the rules and will gladly enforce them to the best of my ability. I’ve been talking to a few staff and community members and they’ve all mostly said that there’s hardly any admins on late at night (my time) / early af in the morning for Americans— as well as I’ve been on personally and no staff has been on that late to help out, so I’ve taken the initiative and I’m applying so I can give a helping hand out to the night team seeming myself and all the other staff are in two complete different time zones and as from past experience it worked out 110% and would love to take on the role and independence of being a part of the Sneak Servers Team.
Why should I choose you for an admin position?
If accepted I would make sure to be friendly and an open person to everyone and anyone, making sure that they can go to me with any concerns or problems or even help. It would be important that I’m not biased in my decisions as its important, and if I’m ever uncertain about anything, I’m not afraid to go to a higher up member for help. Most importantly I would make sure to enforce all the rules to the best of my ability. My time played on the server is a long time, I first connected to Sneaks server in 2016 and played from 2016 - mid 2017, had a break for about 5 months, came back for a while and then went away for another 4 months due to personal reasoning that has happened, and I’ve been back since August 2018, so I’ve been dedicated to this server for quite a while, despite the long breaks, I’ve given a lot of my precious time and effort up to come on the servers wether it was giving up school study time when I was in school back then — or even previous jobs. (hated it anyways so wasn’t a bother to me) I've always spoken so positively about the people and the server, I’ve left multiple servers due to talking bad about it and I’ve brought many friends to it, so I’ve brought more to the community and I’m willing to continue doing so in the future. Like I stated before as well, the time zones would help so much while no staff being on that late where as new people and current members are joining and breaking rules, I would gladly be the first to step in sort out the issue and set any punishments if needed.
Anything else you would like to share that might be relevant to your application?
As stated up before, I’m 18 and I’ve been told by IRL workers and friends that I’m a very mature person, I’m smart on how I act and how I deal with situations. I’m easy going and chill when issues need to be sorted out and I’m never on the fence or siding with one person more than the other just because they’re my friend, I believe in fair rights on the server and I’ve always followed that in any server, I’m never yelling or degrading anyone in the server, for peak sake I’m a just a small girl I don’t have a mean bone in my body but I will if need be will be stern and push forward on things that need to be done. I am quite active in the discord and on the server, the only reason I’m not active not the forums is because my steam account doesn’t allow me to login on chrome which is a massive let down for me, but I’ve just recently found out that I can use my safari to be more active on the forums as well as the discord.
PSA-- I would just like to add my staff experiences over the times from 2015 - 2018 I have had many types of staff/admin experience on multiple servers; DS Surf, Mantle, KZG, ZTS and IG surf. I am very opened eye to the commands in console and in chat, if there are any obscure/different commands I would love to know them if I am given the chance to be taken apart as the team.
