Denied Beary's Application

Beary has my +1. She brings a fun and bright mood to the Sneak server. Very kind as well as helpful, I'm now beating her times left and right. As an active member, I have full confidence that she would respect the rules and regulations with little to no bias at times that, in the last couple weeks, I've seen admins aren't usually on. She has brainstormed ideas to bring more of a community feel to the server as well, to give active members incentive to come back for possible events or community activities.
