No Change/Rejected ! commands not working

My !help, !donate, !updates and the other !commands are not working for me. ill type them. then nothing happens.

Unfortunately it's a CS:GO/Steam bug. These commands utilize the steam web helper, and the web helper has been freezing/crashing on clients for months now. They've recently improved it in recent steam updates, but it still causes issues. Generally a restart of CS:GO or sometimes Steam does the trick.

Hmmm iv tryed both it worked fine last week now all of a sudden nothing, huh.
